Peter How
Managing Director
Peter has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He joined Chichester Developments in 2008 as a Quantity Surveyor and subsequently became involved with the company’s land acquisitions and planning. He took on the role of Commercial Director in 2012 and was appointed Managing Director in 2013.
Louise Sharman
Director
Louise originally trained as a Chartered Accountant and joined Chichester Developments after returning from working overseas in 2010. She is now involved with all aspects of running the company, including land acquisition, planning, sales and marketing and the company administration.
Nicky Benham
Sales & Marketing Manager
Nicky joined Chichester Developments in 2004 and is involved in all aspects of Sales and Marketing, including designing brochures, website development and PR, as well as the coordination and progression of sales with purchasers.
Andy Simmons
Project Manager
Andy joined Chichester Developments as a Project Manager in 2016 after working for a National Developer for over 30 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has overseen a variety of developments in Westward Ho!, and most recently 34 bungalows at Sticklepath, Barnstaple. Andy is now involved with setting up new developments and customer care.
Darren Johnson
Project Manager
Darren started as a Project Manager with Chichester Developments in 2010 after a 25-year career in Groundworks. Darren has been involved in both the company’s larger developments, including Easterly Park, Braunton, and the more recent unique developments at Tides Reach, Appledore and Kenwith Meadows, Abbotsham
Hugh Greenman
Commercial Consultant
Hugh has over 37 years of experience in the Construction Industry working predominately in Surveying and Estimating roles becoming MCIOB qualified in 1996. Hugh has worked for a variety of different companies both subcontractors and contractors/developers, and after going self-employed in 2007 started consulting on a part-time basis for Chichester Developments in 2013 assisting as required in all aspects of the commercial role.
Geoff Floyd
Finance Manager
Geoff originally trained as a Chartered Tax Advisor and worked in general accountancy and tax practice for many years. He joined Chichester Developments in 2001 as their Finance Manager.
